Why I Started Sales Sauce


I’ve sold across multiple industries, coached reps at every stage, consistently exceeded quota, and won Sales Rep of the Year while selling millions in revenue.

But along the way I noticed something important. The skills gap between top reps and newer reps was getting wider every year.

AI now handles the research, the admin, and the busy work. What’s left are the moments that actually matter: the human connection. Too many reps are not ready for that. I saw this firsthand again and again, no matter the industry or product. They struggle to build trust, inspire belief, and move people emotionally.
